Ayushmann Khurrana And Vaani Kapoor Starrer To Go On Floors This Weekend, Confirms Producer Pragya Kapoor

We are excited about Ayushmann Khurrana's next, where he would play a cross-functional athlete, from the moment it had been announced. We would not just get to see him undergo a massive physical transformation, but also see him pair opposite Vaani Kapoor for the first time and collaborate with director Abhishek Kapoor. And now, we have more good news- the film would be hitting the floors this weekend itself!

The news was confirmed by none other than producer Pragya Kapoor. Talking to Mid-Day, she said, "We will start our first schedule this weekend. Our aim is to take one day at a time and make sure everyone is safe while achieving the creative vision. We have had the entire team tested at every stage, put a stringent SOP [standard operating procedure] in place and are functioning with a lean crew. Ayushmann and Vaani were supportive. They have put their trust in us, and we are taking every precautionary measure to keep the ship safe."

The film would be shot in Chandigarh. Earlier, the plan was to have a month long shoot, but now the team would not have such a fixed schedule. The pre-production started virtually three months back and Ayushmann had also started his prep from September.
