    One of the most talented, adored and sought-after actors of the Hindi film industry, Ayushmann Khurrana is all set to wow us yet again with his upcoming release. The actor will next be seen on the big screen in the much-awaited romantic comedy drama Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, written and directed by Hitesh Kewalya. Also featuring Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao, the film is based on the theme of homosexuality and is slated to hit theatres on 21st February.

    The trailer of the film was launched yesterday and it received a big thumbs up from audiences. The kissing scene between Ayushmann and Jitendra, especially, created quite a stir on social media and the actors were praised by fans and celebrities for their powerful performances. In a recent chat with India Today, when the Bala actor was asked if he had any apprehensions playing a gay character, he shared, “You need a mass or a mainstream hero to do this subject to normalise it.” He continued to add, “This is the perfect time. I have always been a risk-taker. It’s a character I am playing. What’s the qualm or negative side in this?”

    Other than Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, Ayushmann will be seen in Shoojit Sircar’s romantic comedy Gulabo Sitabo alongside Amitabh Bachchan. Talking about Big B, the actor called him his inspiration and stated that working with the superstar is on every celebrity’s bucket list.
