Ayushmann Khurrana Reveals The Kind Of Films That He Would Never Do

Ayushmann Khurrana’s filmography is one that is perhaps as interesting as his personality. The National Award-winning actor makes sure that he comes up with something new in all his films and takes us challenges that most actors would not dare to venture into. The best part is, it nails him almost every single time. I mean the man started his career with playing a sperm donor and has, later on, moved on to play characters with erectile dysfunction.

So is there any kind of film that Ayushmann will not be a part of? The actor has an answer to this question as well. He says, “I will not do anything that is regressive. Being part of progressive cinema I will never do something regressive. Even a conventional 90’s made a film like 'Dream Girl' it has the essence of ’90s, songs are like that. So the way the songs are placed in the film is also like ’90s. There is a perfect place for a song which is a lip-sync also and seamlessly goes out and dialogues and stuff like that. So but it still gives a message in the end you know. So I will never do something which is regressive and outdated as far as messaging is concerned.”

As if we needed more reasons to love the guy! While there are still stars, massive ones at that, who does not shy away from encouraging and sometimes even glorifying regressive content, actors like Ayushmann truly make us hopeful about the future of Bollywood.
