Ayushmann Khurrana To Play A Gynecologist In His Next Opposite Alaya F? Here's What We Know

After winning hearts with one super hit movie after another, the talented and extremely handsome Ayushmann Khurrana has become one of the most sought-after actors of the Hindi film industry. He recently left us in awe yet again with his latest release Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, a romantic comedy which focuses on the topic of same-sex marriages. Ayushmann wonderfully portrayed the role of a gay man while Jitendra Kumar played his love interest.

Well much to our delight, Ayushmann has signed yet another quirky social comedy with Junglee Pictures. According to a report in Peeping Moon, the actor will be playing the role of a gynecologist whose reputation takes a turn when he gives shelter to a runaway girl. The report further states that the film will be titled Stree Rog Vibhag and will also feature Alaya F, who made her debut in Bollywood this year with Saif Ali Khan’s comedy drama Jawaani Jaaneman.

The film will mark filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s sister Anubhuti Kashyap’s directorial debut on the big screen and is expected to go on floors in the second half of 2020. Stree Rog Vibhag will be the third collaboration between Ayushmann and Junglee Pictures after the 2017 film Bareilly Ki Barfi and 2018 film Badhaai Ho, two of the biggest hits that the actor has delivered.
