Baaghi 3 Song Dus Bahane 2.0: Tiger And Shraddha’s Chemistry Is The Only Saving Grace Of This Reprised Version

One of the most awaited films of the year, Baaghi 3 featuring the handsome Tiger Shroff and the stunning Shraddha Kapoor, is all set to hit theatres on 6^th March. The action-packed trailer was launched last week and it received a big thumbs up from fans. Of course, our expectations increased from the makers and we eagerly waited for the first song from the action extravaganza. However, the recreated version of Dus Bahane from the 2005 film Dus was released today and it is a big disappointment.

The original song, which featured Abhishek Bachchan, Zayed Khan, Sanjay Sutt and Sunil Shetty, became a chartbuster soon after it was released. The splendid music, amazing beats and the famous hook step combined together gave us one of the best and most heard party anthems ever! Helmed by dynamic duo KK and Shaan, Dus Bahane Karke Le Gayi Dil was played on almost every celebration. Just imagine!

Well, unfortunately the reprised version did not really work for us and could most definitely have been better. The repetitive camera angles and the unflattering background score, especially, could have been avoided. Recreated by Vishal-Shekhar feat KK, Shaan & Tulsi Kumar, Dus Bahane 2.0 claimed to be the most badass song of the year. However, the only saving grace of the track is Shraddha and Tiger’s sizzling on-screen chemistry. In fact, for the very first time, the actor’s solo dance performance could not impress us and left us disheartened.

Shraddha has proved time and again that she is an incredible dancer especially with Street Dancer 3D. Sadly, the actress was only shaking her head or posing with her hand in her hair for most of the song. Her outfits sure are wonderful and she looks gorgeous as ever while Tiger’s abs are truly drool-worthy. But why not make use of the talent that Shraddha and Tiger brought along with them to the sets of the film?

Baaghi 3, directed by Ahmed Khan, is an official remake of the 2012 Tamil film Vettai. The action thriller also stars Riteish Deshmukh and Ankita Lokhande and according to reports, features Nora Fatehi in an item number.
