Baby Director Neeraj Pandey Opens Up About ‘Crack’ And ‘Chanakya’, Reveals His Equation With Akshay Kumar

Neeraj Pandey has been one of the successful directors of Hindi film industry. He has given audiences films like A Wednesday, Baby, Special 26 and M.S Dhoni. Even though his last film Aiyaari failed to do well at the box-office, but he is all geared up his upcoming film, Chanakya for which he will collaborate with Ajay Devgn. But do you remember Crack, a film that Neeraj had announced in 2016 and for which he would have collaborated with his favourite, Akshay Kumar?

Talking to Mumbai Mirror, the director revealed, “It’s on the back-burnerwith no immediate plans of revival. I was not happy with the script, but if I manage to crack something good in future, I might.”

There had been rumours of his fallout with Akshay Kumar and the two would reunite with Crack. Addressing the issue, the director answered, “There has been no fallout with Akshay, so why the question of a reunion? I am moving on with Chanakya and he is doing other films. It’s a great responsibility for both of us and we have to wait for the right project.”

We hope that the ‘right project’ comes across the dup real soon, because who would not want to see them collaborate?
