Bharat Song 'Slow Motion' Singer Nakash Aziz Asserts The Songs Is About The After Effects Bhang

Nakash Aziz is a fairly new singer on the block but whatever time he has had to himself, he did manage to make the most out of it. He has crooned and collaborated with the biggest names in the industry and some of his songs have turned out to be huge hits as well!

He is also the voice behind the Salman Khan starrer Bharat song “Slow Motion Mein,” which sees Disha Patani in a yellow saree. In an exclusive conversation, he revealed what goes through his head when the recording procedure begins. The singer revealed that he doesn’t put too much of his head in it. Quipped he, “I don’t think that much, I have the lyrics in front of me, the  music directors are also present in the studio, whatever exchange of thoughts happen, happens then and there, they are there to guide and help you out, I trust them totally, I don’t think too much about the outcome, how much I am applying myself in the song to make it more productive is what is of utmost importance to me.”

But the crux of the matter is sometimes even when a singer is all prepped up and is ready to sing the song at hand, there are times when he or she is not quite in juxtaposition with the very idea of the song. Nakash feels that it does happen to all singers but one has to deal with it. “I try sing any given song with utmost honesty, yes, there are times when you don’t relate to a song but you have to adjust to it, you have to work with that frame of mind too.” The singer is elated that he got to sing a song for Salman in Bharat but he is quite unsure whether it would be a cult or no. He says, “I hope I did justice to the song and Salman’s persona, but only time will tell. Whatever has happened has happened. There’s nothing I can take back or change about that. I hope probably in a year and a half it becomes a classic.”

The singer further revealed that he had to think of how Salman would be partying to sing the song in pure Sallu bhai style, “I thought of Salman Khan partying, he has an amazing body language, ‘Slow Motion’ is a celebration song, they are tripping on bhang, “Bhang ke wajah se slow motion ho jata hai", (everything happens n slow motion after you consume bhang) but I am not sure, I never had bhang!”
