Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2: Amar Upadhyay will be seen opposite Tabu; calls Kartik Aaryan ‘humble’

After what seems like a really long wait, Anees Bazmee’s much anticipated horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is finally releasing on the big screen next year. Lead actor Kartik Aaryan took to his official social media handle today to share a poster along with the message: ‘25th MARCH 2022 !! #BhoolBhulaiyaa2 At a theatre near you !!’ Well, fans are super excited about seeing Kartik and Kiara together on-screen for the very first time. But that’s not the only fresh pairing that audiences will get to witness!

In a recent chat with Mid Day, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actor Amar Upadhyay confirmed that he will be seen opposite Tabu in the film. He was quoted saying, “The film is completely different from Bhool Bhulaiyaa. The only thing that is retained is the song ‘Mere Dholna.’ This film is directed by Anees Bazmee and the previous one was by Priyadarshan. The film has Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani. I’m paired with Tabu. Initially I thought she’s a star and will keep to herself, but she’s a lot of fun to work with and enjoys laughing and joking in between shots.”

Talking about Kartik, Amar shared, “Even Kartik is very humble, though he has some 100 crore hits to his credit. Anees as we know is fantastic with comedy films. The film shoot got a bit delayed because of the lockdown and then Kartik and I both caught Covid but now everything’s back on track. I feel the film is well made and should do well.”

Currently the TV star is busy winning hearts with his popular show Molkki. But we are eagerly waiting to see him shine on the big screen!
