Bhumi Pednekar Tests Positive For COVID-19, Says She Has Mild Symptoms And Is Under Home Quarantine

The number of COVID-19 cases in India is on a rise and it has spiked in the last few weeks. In fact, the number of celebs testing positive now for the virus seem to be more than when it had first hot. Just yesterday, Akshay Kumar and Govinda had tested positive for the virus and now, Akshay's co-star from Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Bhumi Pednekar has also contracted the virus.

Like all the other stars, Bhumi took to her social media to share the news. She has revealed that she had been experiencing mild symptoms and has been following all the procedures. She also asked everyone who has come in contact with her for the past few days to get tested and revealed that steam, food and Vit C , along with a happy mood are her go-to. See the post here:

We wish Bhumi a speedy recovery. However, it might stall the shoot of Mr. Lele for sometime, which Shashank Khaitan had begun to shoot from last week and where Bhumi had joined just a few days ago. In fact, he along with the other members of the cast- Kiara Advani and Vicky Kaushal would have to get tested too. We hope that no one else wouldbe affected!
