Bigg Boss 12: Romit Raj Roots For Srishty Rode

As soon as Bigg Boss 12 started, everybody began supporting their favourite contestant. For actor Romit Raj, it is actor Srishty Rode. The two worked together in the show Chalti ka naam Gaadi where she played his wife. “Srishti is a fantastic girl and my most favourite co-actor of my most favourite tv Show Chalti ka naam Gaadi on Sab TV. We had a blast working together. She is a wonderful person and is very fun loving. I wish she wins BB12,” he says.

The actor also likes the fact that she has support in the house. “I think the current format is very nice. You have contestants from all walks of life… a lawyer, policeman, farmer, Bhajan singer… It was so heartening to see a simple town girl giving confidence and love to Srishti who is a Mumbai girl and a TV celebrity when she was lonely and crying in the B.B. house,” he says.

Of course, Salman Khan is another reason why Romit watches the show. “I make sure to watch the show on weekends to see Salman Khan’s interaction with the contestants. I am his fan since ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’. I also remember how during one summer vacation when I had to apologise to my older sister for accidentally tearing half an inch of her Salman Khan poster.”
