Bigg Boss 13’s Himanshi Khurana Tests Positive For Coronavirus Two Days After Attending Farmer’s Protest

On 25^th September, Punjabi singer and Bigg Boss 13 contestant Himanshi Khurana joined farmers in their protest against the farm bill passed by Parliament earlier this week, during the monsoon session of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. Not only Himanshi but other Punjabi singers such as Harbhajan Mann, Ranjit Bawa, Kulwinder Billa, Shivjot and Avkash Mann also came out in support of the farmers. Unfortunately, Himanshi has tested positive for coronavirus two days after attending the protests.

She took to her official handle to share the news and requested everyone who is joining protests to not forget that we are going through a pandemic. Himanshi wrote: “I want 2 inform u all dat i hv been tested positive 4 covid-19 even after taking proper precautions. As you all know that i was the part of the protest day before yesterday & d area was crowded so i thought to get d test done before i go for my shoot today evening. . I jst wanted to inform people who came in my contact to get ur test done & please take proper precautions in d protest. Its my request to all the people protesting to not forget that we are going through pandemic so please take proper care.”

We wish Himanshi a speedy recovery and hope all the people who came in contact with the singer get tested and take proper safety measures. Like she said, let’s not forget we are in a pandemic.
