74 years old Kumar had visited the hospital for a minor checkup 10 days ago. It was then that the hospital asked him to also get a test done for COVID-19, amongst some other preliminary tests. Kiran Kumar said, “I'm asymptomatic postive. I had got myself tested on May 14 and it turned out I had coronavirus. But there's no fever, no cough or any kind of breathlessness. It has been 10 days and I haven't developed any symptoms.”

He has also added that he is at home, all alone in a self-quarantine. He added, “I'm absolutely fine, and have quarantined myself at home. I'm currently staying on the third floor of my residence. My family lives on the second floor. I'm alone and reliving my boarding school days, putting my own bed and washing my own clothes (laughs). I will get tested again on either 25th or 26th May.”

Before him, celebs like Kanika Kapoor, Karim Morani and Zoa Morani had tested positive for the novel virus. We pray for the actor’s speedy recovery.
