One of the hardest things to portray without experience is getting high or being addicted to something for someone who has never smoked a cigarette in life or drank a drop of alcohol. From the teaser of his upcoming film Kabir Singh, it is apparent that he is going to do the same with this film as well.

Amitabh Bachchan

Guess you don’t become the biggest legend in Bollywood without doing some really crazy stuff. Amitabh’s performance in Sharaabi is still considered one of his very best by his fans and it is incredibly interesting in the light of the fact that he also practices strict abstinence from cigarettes and alcohol.

Deepika Padukone

One look at that svelte and gorgeous body and you are convinced that Deepika is one person who does not take her health for granted and thus she makes it a point to stay away from drinking and smoking. However, being a teetotaler did not come in the way of her playing an alcoholic in Cocktail and win our hearts with her pitch-perfect portrayal of Veronica.

John Abraham

He is another Bollywood celebrity who puts his health and fitness over everything else and thus never touches cigarettes or alcohol. However, in No Smoking, he played a compulsive smoker and did it so well that it is perhaps remembered as one of his career’s best performances.
