    The wait for Brahmastra has been way too long. The Ayan Mukerji film was announced back in 2017 and despite promises of release since 2019, the date has only been pushed. In fact, when December 2020 was finalised for release, the pandemic played the spoilsport. But now, as India is getting back up and resuming work, the last schedule of shoot of Brahmastra would also resume ASAP. And meanwhile, the lead pair of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are dubbing their parts.

    According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Ayan has completed the work on the shoot that had been completed till now. A source informed that only 10-12 days of shoot remains to be done, including the filming of a song sequence. He added, "They will decide on the timeline and shoot in a city studio. Amitabh Bachchan is expected to be a part of this final schedule and would shoot important scenes with Ranbir Kapoor."

    The editing and the dubbing are in full swing. In fact, Alia and Ranbir had been doing the rounds of a Bandra dubbing studio for some weeks now. The source also added that there would be small videos shot to introduce the audiences to the world of Brahmastra, but that would be closer to the release. Brahmastra also stars Nagarjuna, Dimple Kapadia, Mouni Roy and would have Shah Rukh Khan's cameo appearance.
