Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui: Ayushmann Khurrana Won't Return Home Till The Shoot Of The Film Finishes, Reveals Wife Tahira Kashyap

Ayushmann Khurrana has been stoked to work in Abhishek Kapoor's next, Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui. Not just would he have a massive transformation to look perfect for the part of a cross-functional trainer, but it's also the first time he is shooting in his hometown. In fact, his entire family is stationed in Chandigarh right now. But the actor is not going back home after shoot!

This was a decision taken by both the actor and his wife, writer Tahira Kashyap, keeping in mind everyone else's safety. Talking to BT, Tahira said, “He has started shooting his film. We have decided that he will not come home until the schedule wraps up. He will stay with the film’s team for about one-and-a-half month. That rule applies to me, too. The dates for my forthcoming projects have not been decided yet, but when I start shooting, I too, will not see my kids until we have completed the schedule.”

We can imagine how hard it would be for the parents to not meet their kids when they are so near all the time. However, it seems like a necessary measure in the times of the pandemic, isn't it? Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui also stars Vaani Kapoor, who would reportedly play the role of a eunuch.
