Chhalaang Song Deedar De: Even A Dazzling Nushrratt Bharuccha Couldn't Help This Much Duller Remix Of The Dus Original

Another day another popular Bollywood song butchered as a remix. Chhalaang song Deedar De released today and while Nushrratt Bharuccha looks scintillating in the remix of the Dus song we’d still say we’re rooting for the original.

The song looks like a promotional number and while we have loved all other tracks from Chhalaang and appreciated them, we can’t help but feel disappointed in this much duller version of Deedar De. While some remixes tend to grow on you, in this case not only is it hard to outdo Sunidhi Chauhan’s powerful original but the lyrics and the insertion of a guy track also steers you away from all hopes that the song will stay with you.

As for Rajkummar Rao and Nushhrratt in the song, they share a great chemistry. The actress flaunts some great moves courtesy Bosco and Cesar and looks even better.

Chhalaang is lineup for a Diwali release on Amazon prime Video. Directed by Hansal Mehta the film is set in a small town and is the story of a P.T. teacher in school who is pitied against another P.T. teacher to prove his competence. The story aims at highlighting the importance of physical education and releases on November 13.
