Choreographer Bosco Martis reveals Hrithik Roshan shot for WAR song with Tiger Shroff despite being injured
Hrithik shot for Jai Jai Shiv Shankar despite injury
Choreographer turned director Bosco Martis opened up working with various actors in his illustrious career of two decades and revealed how actors like Shahid Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff can be fun yet challenging to work with. Talking to Mid-Day Bosco said that these dancing stars of Bollywood are perfectionists when it comes to choreography.
“Shahid Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, and Tiger Shroff are also actors who are fun yet challenging to work with because they are perfectionists and really make you think out of the box and create something unusual,” Bosco told the publication. He also revealed he is choreographing Ranbir Kapoor and Sharddha Kapoor in Luv Ranjan’s next, for a song.
Asked about the most challenging songs he had to choreograph, Bosco spoke at length about working with Tiger and Hrithik for Jai Jai Shiv Shankar in War. While the one-of-a-kind dance face-off between the two most talented dancers in Bollywood was a huge hit as one would expect it to be, choreographing the song certainly had to be no cakewalk.
Talking about the monumental responsibility of directing Tiger and Hrithik came with Bosco revealed, “As a choreographer and song director, a lot of character needs to be shown while working with such talented actors. You can’t look like you are not in sync with them. Every step could be discussed for hours but when the actors have faith in you, it sails through well! Sometimes shoots can come to a standstill if there are disagreements but here everything went off well. Hrithik, even though he was injured, gave the song more than his hundred percent. Tiger has also matched that capacity.”
Bosco Martis is now ready to release his debut film as a director ‘Rocket Gang’ which features Aditya Seal in the lead with Nikita Dutta. Tiger Hrithik's WAR will clock two years since release next week.
