Coolie No. 1: Tweeps Trash Varun, Sara's Comedy For Being A 'Horrible' Remake, Suggest Rewatching The Original

Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan starrer remake of Coolie No. 1 has arrived on Amazon Prime Video after a long delay. The fans who have desperately waited for the film to arrive all through the lockdown didn’t wait a beat to tune into the film in their living rooms and going by the reactions that are now pouring in social media we can’t really say that they were met with the entertainment they were expecting.

David Dhawan who re-imagined his Govinda and Karisma Kapoor starrer film to fit 2020 sensibilities seems failed to impress this time over. The comparisons to the ‘90s original were no doubt inevitable and the fans of the original are not too happy to say the least.
