    Sushant Singh Rajput left the entire nation shocked after he bid the world a final adieu on 14th June. The actor was reportedly under depression since the past few months and police also found medical prescriptions for the same at his house. Reports suggest that the actor was shut out of Bollywood and Politician Sanjay Nirupam has claimed that Sushant lost around seven films that he had signed after Chhichhore. Celebs such as Kangana Ranaut and Ranvir Shorey have also called out the ‘self-appointed gatekeepers of Bollywood’ for overlooking his talent and making him feel ‘worthless’.

    Among other celebs who revisited the time when they had to face the industry’s politics, filmmaker Abhinav Kashyap took to his social media handle to tell his story today, 10 years after he made his directorial debut with Dabangg. He appealed to the government to launch a detailed investigation and also opened up about the exploitation and bullying that he experienced. Abhinav further accused Salman Khan, Salim Khan, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan for sabotaging his career and blamed the family for his divorce.


    He called talent managers and all talent management agencies of Bollywood a potential death trap for artists and concluded, “Sushant Singh Rajput has moved on and I hope he is happier wherever he is but I will make sure that no more innocent will kill himself over lack of work with dignity in Bollywood. I hope suffering actors and creative artists will share my post on various social media platforms as will the media and people who patronize the entertainment industry.”

    Abhinav Kashyap’s post has been referred to as an ‘eye opener’ by fans, who feel that the ‘big shots’ of the film industry made Sushant take such a drastic step.
