Deepika Padukone And Sonam Kapoor Ahuja Celebrate 13 Years In Bollywood; Take A Walk Down Memory Lane

13 years ago, the gorgeous Deepika Padukone made her debut in Bollywood with Farah Khan’s masterpiece Om Shanti Om, opposite superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Celebrating the special milestone, the beauty took to her social media handle to share behind the scene pictures from the sets. Along with the beautiful memories, the reigning queen of Bollywood wrote: “Only & Only Gratitude... #13YearsOfOmShantiOm #13YearsOfShantiPriya @farahkhankunder @iamsrk.” Deepika also changed her name and display picture on Instagram and dedicated them to her character Shantipriya.

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and her debut film Saawariya also completed 13 years in the industry on 9^th November. Last night, the actress decided to take a walk down memory lane with a special video and also penned a heartfelt note. She wrote: “I have re-entered my teens, you guys! Thirteen years of being on set, playing various characters, sinking my teeth into complex roles, doing press junkets, attending parties, winning awards, working with some of the most prolific people in the industry -- this journey has been one of the most gratifying, fruitful and beautiful ones that I’ve taken.” She went on to thank all the special people in her life.

Sonam and Deepika have come a long way in the last 13 years. They have not only won the audience over with their charming personalities but have also proven their versatility with each character they portrayed on screen. We are eagerly waiting to see them shine on the big screen again!
