Deepika Padukone Charging A Whopping Rs. 15 Crores To Star In Shah Rukh Khan's Pathan?

hah Rukh Khan starrer Pathan still hasn’t been officially announced but there’s enough news on the project to believe that it is finally happening. The mega-budget YRF venture already has fans excited especially since it would not only be Shah Rukh’s come back vehicle but will also mark his on-screen reunion with Deepika Padukone.

Deepika who already has her hands full of some of the biggest films being made in the industry including a film opposite Babhubali star Prabhas and is said to be charging a sizable pay cheque for Pathan. According to a Bollywood Hungama report Deepika is taking home Rs. 15 crores for the film.

What’s more? The overall budget of the Pathan is reportedly a whopping Rs. 200 crores. The film which is expected to go on floors later this month with Shah Rukh will also see none other than John Abraham as the villain. Pathan is a part of  Yash Raj Films’ 50 year anniversary celebration where the Production House is ready to announce some of its biggest films yet.

There is no news on when Deepika Padukone who recently returned to Mumbai after wrapping up the Goa schedule of Shakun Batra’s film will join the shoot.
