Deepika Padukone Is All Set To Slay In 2021 With 5 Back To Back Projects; Deets Inside

Deepika Padukone, the true star who has paved the way for greater things in her cinematic career with passion and grace. The actress has a stellar line-up of films underway and the year 2021 is going to be a recap of year 2013 with films lined up back to back. The grandeur and scale will be the biggest yet. The actress will be her toes throughout the year, working on 4 of her 5 film line-up either simultaneously or one after the other.

Speaking about varied roles, the actress has a spectacular line-up of films ahead of her:

1. Shakun Batra's next-

Deepika will be seen in this film entailing an intense relationship drama with young dynamos Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday. Deepika and Siddhant have been spotted time and again, the duo looks great together and has been travelling together for shoots and seen grubbing in between shots. We're excited to see what's cooking up between them in the film.

2. Pathaan-

Deepika's co-star in this film is none other than SRK. Her debut co-star from Om Shaanti Om, the duo also shared screen space and amazing chemistry in Chennai Express and the audiences had adored them. Pathaan is going to be shot in some exotic international locations and the script has action sequences in store for both. Deepika is currently juggling between shoots of Shakun Batra's next and Pathaan.

3. Nag Ashwin's Pan-India multi-lingual film-

A better than the best cast, superstar Deepika paired with superstar Prabhas, they have collaborated for this grandeur filled Pan-India Film. To add extra sparkle to the already shining cast, legendary star Amitabh Bachchan is also a part of this film. A sci-fi themed film that has us all excited. Deepika will start shooting for this film after wrapping up on Shakun's film. She will be working simultaneously for this film and Pathaan.

4. The Intern-

This film is an original remake of The Intern that starred Anne Hathway and Robert De Niro. Deepika will be seen essaying the role of Anne Hathway. Once Deepika finishes shooting for Pathaan, she will be working for Nag Ashwin's film and The Intern simultaneously. We absolutely cannot wait for Deepika Padukone to be a part of this beautiful film.

5. Mahabharata-

The ever so graceful and poised Deepika Padukone will be seen essaying the role of Draupadi. This film will go on floors early 2022, this mythological character part requires a lot of preparation before they start shooting for the film. She is currently involved in the film's pre- production process which is going on in full swing.

In the past, Deepika has been a part of films varying in genre, playing characters with stark differences like Veronica in Cocktail, Naina in YJHD, a warrior princess in Bajirao Mastani.
