Deepika Padukone Is In 'Good Spirits' As She Resumes Shoot Of Shakun Batra's Next With Siddhant Chaturvedi And Ananya Panday

Deepika Padukone had a harrowing time some weeks back when she was suddenly summoned by the NCB for the probe. It was alleged that the actress talked about 'hash' in a chat with her manager Karishma Prakash. She had to book a chartered flight and return to Mumbai from Goa, where she had been shooting for Shakun Batra's next alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday. But now, the storm seems to be over and the actress is back in action in Goa.

The actress flew back last Thursday and joined the film's team. A source told Mid Day, "Deepika was in good spirits as she joined the unit last Thursday. Since there had been a 10-day-plus break, Shakun wanted her to ease into the process. She shot a light-hearted scene with Siddhant and Ananya." When Deepika was in Mumbai, Shakun Batra shot the scenes involving Siddhant and Ananya.

Not much details have been known about the film, except that it would be a 'domestic noir'. The source further added, "The movie studies the relationship dynamics between four friends who go on a road trip." Well, the film has our attention ever since it has been announced and we can't wait to see it!
