Deepika Padukone might be the reigning queen of Bollywood and the object of dream of her gazillion fans, but there is an innocent and goofy side to her that makes her such an endearing personality. While all of us are recovering from the heavy-duty Diwali celebrations, Deepika picked out two adorable pictures of herself from childhood that perfectly captured the lazy mood post-Diwali.

In the pictures, a teeny-tiny Deepika can be seen snoozing to her heart’s content. The most adorable part about the pictures is the almost hairless baby-head of this glam diva. Deepika simply captioned her pictures, “most Diwali celebrations...? #diwali”. Well she could not have said it better. Just like us husband Ranveer Singh also fell short of words and commented with several heart-eye emoji, which is probably the only possible reaction to this cuteness overdose.

On the work front, Deepika will next be seen in Kabir Khan’s 82 which she is also co-producing, where she will be the on-screen wife of Kapil Dev opposite off-screen husband Ranveer Singh. Apart from that, she will headline Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapak and also play the role of Draupadi in Mahabharata which she is also a co-producer of.
