Deepika Padukone Opens Up On Making Adjustments After Marriage And Relationship With Husband Ranveer Singh

The reigning queen of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone is all set for the release of her much-awaited project Chhapaak. Based on the life of Laxmi Agarwal, the film will see Deepika play the role of an acid attack survivor. Although the actress has been pretty busy with film promotions over the past few weeks, she took out some time to celebrate her birthday yesterday with husband Ranveer Singh and acid attack survivors in Lucknow.

During her visit, Deepika had a brief chat with India Today about how Ranveer decided to move into her house after marriage. Calling it a practical decision, the actress said she has the space and went on to add, “Would we eventually move into a larger space or different space, yes we would. But we both have been so busy with our work that we haven’t had the time to go on that house hunt and whatever little we have seen we have not liked.”

Talking about adjustments, the Padmaavat star shared, “I was also willing to make whatever changes I could. I will give up another bedroom of mine so he could have space for his wardrobe. Make the living room a certain way so that he can have space for his Playstation.”

Well, the two are always setting couple goals and are pretty perfect for each other. While Deepika was busy with Chhapaak, Ranveer too had his work commitments. Recalling an incident, the actress stated, “Just a few days ago I tried calling but he was busy in a shot. So I called his bodyguard to tell him it’s urgent.” She went on to continue, “I just said, 'Thank you for being so supportive.’ I have had a really long day and I haven’t had the time to call you but not once did I feel any kind of burden or pressure. There is no ego in our relationship. We will never allow that to happen.”

Well girls, it’s high time we find somebody like Ranveer Singh for ourselves!
