    The NCB has been going through a busy time questioning the A-listers of Bollywood to understand drug abuse in the industry, and in the meanwhile, it had forgotten to file a charge sheet. This has resulted in some of the arrested getting a bail. But it might not be a happy news for the Bollywood celebs questioned in the case. The NCB has gotten 180 days to file a charge sheet now.

    According to a report in Republic, the NCB officials had a meeting last night and a source apparently said that none of the celebs who have been questioned by the bureau so far would get a clean chit. The NCB had questioned Rakul Preet Singh on the 25th of September and Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor on the 26th of September. In fact, it seems like Karan Johar's party from 2019 was also discussed. It has also been reported that 20 high profile drug peddlers are also under the NCB's radar!

    Meanwhile, Kshitij Prasad has been kept in custody till October 3rd. He had been detained after his answers were found unsatisfactory and evasive. Rhea Chakraborty has been arrested and kept in Byculla Jail and her bail petition would be heard by the Bombay High Court tomorrow.
