Deepika Padukone To Be Summoned By NCB After Her Name Emerges As ‘D’ In Drug Chats?

It was recently reported that the Narcotics Control Bureau, which is conducting a probe in the drug nexus of Bollywood linked to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, is likely to summon actresses Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor for questioning soon. Well in a shocking turn of events, the latest name to emerge in the probe is of actress Deepika Padukone, who allegedly asked a certain ‘K’ for ‘maal, hash’ over a Whatsapp chat in 2017. Reports suggest that the actress might soon release an official statement about the same.

Former talent manager Jaya Saha was called for questioning yesterday and the recovery of her Whatsapp chats revealed her conversation with a few Bollywood celebs about drugs. One particular chat from October 2017 is between a certain ‘K’ and ‘D’. According to the latest report shared by Republic TV, the ‘D’ in this case is allegedly Deepika, who asked ‘K’ for ‘maal’. D also clarified that she is looking for hash, not weed.

It was reported yesterday that Deepika’s manager Karishma Prakash, who works with KWAN Talent Management Agency, was summoned by the NCB in the drug probe. Well latest buzz suggests that Deepika might be the next to be summoned for questioning by the Narcotics Control Bureau. For the uninitiated, Jaya Saha’s name had earlier surfaced when her chats with Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty were recover, in which they had discussed putting ‘four drops’ of some substance in somebody, allegedly Sushant's, drink.
