    Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are everyone’s favorite real life and reel life couple and have managed to win millions of hearts with their sizzling on-screen chemistry. Ranveer and Deepika have featured together in films like Ram Leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmavat. The duo would come together yet again for Kabir Khan’s 83’ and this will be their first film together post marriage. The film’s cast and crew shot the first schedule of the film in England and that is when Deepika joined the cast.

    After shooting in England, the film’s cast and crew shot in Mumbai and having said that, Deepika has wrapped up the shooting of her part of the film. Reports now suggest that Deepika is planning to throw a party for the 83’ team.

    As per a report in DNA, Deepika wants to celebrate the whole journey of 83’ and therefore the actress has personally written a letter to everyone in the team and invited them for the party. Deepika wrote in the letter, “Member of team ’83, Over the last several months iconic moments have been relieved and memories have been etched in our hearts forever. I am beyond proud to be a part of a team that is driven by love, passion, enthusiasm and eternally grateful for your contribution. And for this, I would like to invite you to a celebration! “

    Talking about the film, Ranveer Singh will play the role of Kapil Dev, former captain of Indian cricket team during the 1983 World Cup and Deepika will play Ranveer Singh's on-screen wife Romi Bhatia apart from Ranveer Singh, 83 will feature will also star Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Harrdy Sandhu, Jiva, Chirag Patil, Dinker Sharma,  Ammy Virk, Adinath Kothare, Sahil Khattar Dhairya Karwa, Jatin Sarna, Nishant Dahiya, R Badree, Pankaj Tripathi and Zakir Hussain in key roles. Deepika Padukone is also gearing up for her upcoming release Chhapak, directed by Meghna Gulzaar. The film is set to hit the big screen on 10th January 2020
