The Sky Is Pink actress Priyanka Chopra, is currently in New Delhi to film for her Netflix project "The White Tiger", says it is hard to shoot because of pollution.

Priyanka on Sunday night took to Instagram, where she shared a photograph of herself with a mask.

She captioned the image: "Shoot days for #thewhitetiger. It's so hard to shoot here right now that I can't even imagine what it must be like to live here under these conditions. We are blessed with air purifiers and masks. Pray for the homeless. Be safe everyone. #airpollution #delhipollution #weneedsolutions #righttobreathe."

The trolls however soon started flooding the comment section with some rather mean comments calling her out for being a smoker while having asthma, bursting far too many crackers on her wedding in Jodhpur last year and much more.

One user wrote, 'And what's about the firecrackers u used in ur marriage?'

While another took a jibe at her for being a smoker and said, 'Shouldn't be hard for a smoker like yourself. You would surely be accustomed to such things.'

Some even dragged in her singer husband Nick Jonas who is frequently seen with a cigar and asked PC to have him quit smoking too. ‘Harder than smoking with Nick?’ questioned a user.

For the unaware, a social media controversy had stirred up when a picture of the actress smoking with her mother and husband Nick went viral a few months back while Priyanka had in a public service advertisement said she suffered from asthma.

With a health emergency imposed in the national capital, several celebs have been sharing posts on the deplorable air quality in the city including, Dia MIrza, Arju Rampal, Rishi Kapoor and Swara Bhasker.

"The White Tiger", adapted from Aravind Adiga's prize-winning novel of the same name, will be helmed by Ramin Bahrani. It follows the extraordinary journey of a self-made man from being a tea-shop worker in a village to a successful entrepreneur in a big city.
