Designers Rimzim Dadu & Anand Bhushan Sever All Ties With Kangana Ranaut Say, "Never Too Late To Do The Right Thing!"

It is a tough day for actress Kangana Ranaut. After having her Twitter account suspended permanently, the actress has now been banned by fashion designers Anand Bhushan and Rimzim Dadu. Following her account suspension for violating Twitter designer Rimzim took to Instagarm to share that she will be deleting social media posts from her brand page featuring the actress and will never be collaborating with her again in the future.

“Never too late to do the right thing! We are removing all posts of past collaborations with Kangana Ranaut from our social channels and pledge not to engage in any future association with her," read Rimzim’s story with a picture of her and Kangana.

Following Rimzim’s footsteps her designer friend Anand Bhushan also put out an identical statement and wrote, “In view of certain events today, we have taken a decision to remove all collaboration images with Kangana Ranaut from our social media channels. We also pledge never to be associated with her in any capacity in the future. We as a brand do not support hate speech.”

The move was hailed by Swara Bhasker who has in the past also been on the receiving end of Kangana’s brazen comments on Twitter. The Veere Di Wedding actress hailed the designers in a tweet writing, ‘Pleasantly surprised to see this! Kudos to you @AnandBhushan & #RimzimDadu for calling out hate speech and incitement to genocide in a direct manner! Stand tall you guys!’

Kangana’s Twitter account was suspended this morning after she posted a string of tweets on the post-election violence in West Bengal and demanded that President’s rule be imposed in the state. The platform permanently suspended her account stating repeated policy violations, specifically associating with their ‘hateful conduct and abusive behaviour policy’.
