Dharma Cornerstone Agency COO Rajeev Masand's Health Critical After Contracting COVID-19, Film Critic NOT On Ventilator Support

It had been a week or so since film critic and Dharma's new talent agency, Dharma Cornetstone Agency's COO, Rajeev Masand had tested positive for COVID-19. He condition wasn't getting better and he had been hospitalised soon. He is now admitted to Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital. Now, we are getting to hear that his condition is critical.

Some reports had claimed that he has been put in the intensive care unit (ICU) due to the infection not getting better. Some reports even stated that the former critic and film journalist has been put on ventilator support. However, that news is untrue. Somen Mishra, who works as Head Of Creative Development (Scripts) at Dharma Productions rubbished the rumours. While he did agree that his health is critical, he also added that Masand is doing better today. Taking to his social media, Somen wrote, "Saw this as it appeared on timeline. Seems word is doing the rounds, too many calls/messages, so just clarifying he is not on ventilator. Critical, yes. Also slightly better today. Hoping praying for the best."

Many celebs including Dia Mirza, filmmaker Ashoke Pandit, Suniel Shetty and Bipasha Basu also prayed for his speedy recovery.
