Dharmendra And Hema Malini Have Been In A Long-Distance Relationship Since One Year Due To The Pandemic

When the nationwide lockdown was announced in March 2020, in order to help stop the spread of novel coronavirus, veteran superstar Dharmendra was at his farmhouse in Lonavala. He spent the entire year there just to be safe from the virus, away from his lovely wife, Dream Girl Hema Malini. That’s right! Due to the pandemic, the couple has been in a long distance relationship and haven’t met each other in over a year.

In a recent chat with Spotboye, Hema ji opened up about the same and stated that more than spending time together, it is important to think about each other’s health. She was quoted saying, “It is best for his safety. Right now we would rather think about his health than about spending time together. We are going through the worst crisis that mankind has faced in a hundred years. If we must save civilization we must be strong, even if it means making big sacrifices.”

The actress got her first dose of coronavirus vaccine in the first week of March at Cooper hospital in Mumbai, whereas Dharam paaji received his first jab of the vaccine two weeks later. A few days after the actor shared a tweet announcing he got vaccinated, three of his staff members tested positive. Thankfully, Dharmendra tested negative.
