    Dilip Kumar's Brother Ehsan Khan Dies At 90, Days After Younger Brother Aslam's Passing; Had Tested Positive For Covid-19

    Actor Dilip Kumar’s younger brother Ehsan Khan lost his battle to Covid-19 and died in Mumbai in the late hours of Wednesday, September 2. The news was confirmed via the actor’s Twitter handle.

    The Mughal-e-Asam actor’s two brothers Ehsan and Aslam had been admitted to the Lilavati hospital after contacting the deadly coronavirus in August. Aslam had passed away just a few days ago and on August 21 in the hospital. The actor and his family are now mourning the grave loss of his second bother Ehsan.

    The tweet on the veteran star’s handle read: “Dilip Saab’s youngest brother Ehsan Khan, passed away few hours ago. Earlier, youngest brother, Aslam had passed away. We are from God and to Him we return. Pls pray for them.”

    While Aslam, Dilip Kumar’s youngest brother, was 88 when he died due to Covid-19 complications coupled with diabetes, hypertension and ischaemic heart disease, Ehsan Khan was 90 and critical. He also suffered from heart disease, hypertension, and Alzheimer’s according sources from the Lilavati Hospital.

    Both brothers were admitted to the Covid-19 ward of the Lilavati hospital after they arrived complaining of breathlessness and oxygen levels lower than 80%.
