Disha Patani Reveals That She Had Originally Aspired To Be An Airforce Pilot, Had Never Planned A Career In Acting

Disha Patani is the talk of the town as the actress is turning heads with her latest release Radhe: Your Most anted Bhai where she plays Salman Khan’s ladylove. While the year might not see many movie releases as planned, 2021 is special for the actress as it marks five years of her debut in Bollywood.

Getting candid about her career so far Disha reveals that becoming an actress was never her plan but simply just happened for her. Talking about her aspirations before acting happened the Actress told ETimes, “I feel I really just got lucky with everything that I have got, I’m very happy. I had never planned this, in fact, I had planned to be an air force pilot and clearly, that is not working.”

Disha made her debut in Bollywood with the Sushant Singh Rajput led 2016, M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. She played the cricketer’s first love in the film who died in car accident. Despite her short role, Disha got noticed and was widely appreciated for her performance in the film.

She later became popular for films like Baaghi 2, Bharat, Malang and now Radhe. Disha will next be seen in Ek Villain 2 which stars Arjun Kapoor and John Abraham and is being helmed by Malnag filmmaker Mohit Suri.
