Dostana 2 Duo Janhvi Kapoor And Kartik Aaryan More Than Just Co-Stars? Here's What We Know

Kartik Aaryan has been so far in his career in Bollywood been linked to every co-star he has shared screen space with. Keeping true to that tradition the actor is now being linked to Dostana 2 co-star Janhvi Kapoor. The duo who have frequently been spotted together are speculated to be dating.

Janhvi and Kartik were not so long ago spotted leaving the gym together and have been attending a few dance rehearsals together as well. While that might seem ordinary for two co-stars who are working on a project together, Janhvi according to reports was seen giving photographers outside Kartik’s home a slip and taking the back exit while the actor posed for pictures out front leaving room for speculation about this hush hush visit. Chances are that we might be reading too much into Janhvi’s visit but only time will tell where these rumours go from here.

Janhvi and Kartik’s Dostana 2 was supposed to release in theatres in 2020 but due to the Covid-19 lockdown, the film has now gotten pushed with makers yet to announce a new release date. The movie which is being bankrolled by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions will also be the launch pad for TV star Lakshya Lalwani.

The movie is a sequel to the 2008 original Dostana which starred Priyanka Chopra, John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan and was the first of it’s kind in mainstream Bollywood to talk about gay relationships.
