Dream Girl Director Raaj Shaandilyaa Gets Married To Longtime Girlfriend! See Pictures...

This year seems to be quite a lucky year for writer and director Raaj Shaandilyaa. He had begun his journey as a writer for Comedy Nights with Kapil. Slowly, he moved to direction and his directorial debut, Dream Girl starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrat Bharucha turned to be a huge hit. He would be writing three films, one for Ekta Kapoor which will star Disha Patani and two in which Rajkummar Rao would play the lead. But it is not just his professional life that is on an all time high, he has some good news in the personal sphere as well. Raaj, who had been in a relationship with Versha Kashyap, took a step ahead and got married yesterday.

Raaj and Versha tied the knot in a very intimate ceremony in Uttar Pradesh’s Jhansi. Only close friends and family of the couple attended the ceremony. Raaj himself shared picture of his bride-to-be with the caption, ‘my dreamgirl’. Check it out here:

He had earlier revealed, “The wedding will take place in Jhansi, my hometown, in the presence of family and friends. Later, we will be hosting a reception for my film industry friends in Mumbai.” He also said that Versha is an interior designer who was based in Bhopal and that they met at a common friend’s wedding. The two had been in a relationship for 13 years!
