Rumours have been doing the rounds for quite some time that Mrunal Thakur has been paired opposite Dulquer Salmaan for his next film. It will be directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and Dulquer will apparently play a lieutenant in the romantic period drama. While an official announcement has not been made yet, we already have an update on the film!
Wishing many more returns of the day @Dulquer Salman a.k.a our Lieutant Ram.

If a report in Pinkvilla is to be believed, then the film will go on floors in April. What's more- it will be shot in Kashmir! A source revealed, “Dulquer and Mrunal will shoot for this film in Hyderabad, Kashmir and a few other locations that are still being finalised. Meanwhile, the actors have started prepping for the film. While Dulquer is gearing up to play Lieutenant Ram, Mrunal is taking Telugu lessons. They will also be meeting for the reading sessions closer to the shooting date.”

While Hanu has announced the film with Dulquer already, we wonder when would Mrunal's name be announced. We can't wait to see the Kumkum Bhagya actress add one more feather to her cap and make the Telugu debut! Mrunal will be seen in quite a few films- including Jersey opposite Shahid Kapoor, Toofan opposite Farhan Akhtar and Pippa co-starring Ishaan Khatter and Priyanshu Painyulli.
