Eid Mubarak: No Shopping And Guests, Gauahar Khan To Enjoy The Festival Eating Her Mom's Biryani And Sheer Khurma

The world is celebrating EID today and it is a joyous occasion for sure. However, this time things are pretty different. As we all know the world is reeling under the coronavirus scare, and India along with the other nations is under lockdown. No one is going out of their homes and no one is being let in their homes too.

During times as these, it is more than necessary to keep spirits high and keep celebrating life. And with that thought in mind, we got in touch with actress Gauahar Khan exclusively to get to know how differently would she be celebrating Eid this year.

Gauahar was pretty on point, quipped she, “Of course, there will be no shopping and no visitors at home this Eid. The celebrations will be a lot different than every year.”

She went on to say that it will just be her maa ke haath ki biryani this yaar, “We will make Sheer Khurma and Biryani like every year but unfortunately there would be no guests coming home. I will ask my mom to cook biryani for me as of course, she cooks the best biryani.”
