In his baritone, he stated, “I think they should stay indoors and dedicate one and a half hours to exercise every day. It could even be something as simple as on the spot jogging.”

Reminiscing about the first president of South Africa he said, “When Nelson Mandel was imprisoned for 25 years, he revealed, that he used to do on the spot jogging for forty-five minutes and I used to do about a hundred to two hundred push-ups every day and that not just kept him physically fit but even mentally alive and that is very essential to be mentally okay during this period. So, I would say, Yoga, if there’s no space then you can just turn on the music and dance. Dancing is such a lovely exercise. You just got to keep moving.”
