Yes, the name of the series has been finalised to be Dayan. And Ekta is once again helming this series. There have been numerous serials that are focussed on these macabre entities based on Indian folk tales and Ekta is again taking it one step further.

Well, according to our close source, Ekta has zeroed in on none other than Hina Khan to don the garb of a Dayan. Yes, and you bet she will definitely be a glamorous Dayan. God knows whether the audiences will be scared of her or will be enticed by her dress and jewellery that she will be adorning in the show.

It is worth mentioning here in this context that Hina Khan is already playing the role of Komolika in the ‘Kasauti’ remake. This is also a Balaji telefilms’ production.
