Akshay Oberoi’s next outing is an ALTBalaji web series that has made quite the buzz in the OTT world. The series Hum Tum And Them revolves around two different individuals who are parents to teenagers. These two happen to cross paths and fall in love eventually and what ensues is a conflict of emotions and the battle of the rights and the wrongs! The story definitely revolves around a lot of conspicuous feelings and subtle little lies. Well, lying is pretty human. It is no big deal! Everyone at some point in their life has lied.

Well, Akshay Oberoi too has been pretty upfront about it. In the film industry for that matter, almost all the actors are prone to lying. They say something in front of the camera in order to safeguard and maintain their image whereas, in reality, they are something else altogether.

Akshay reveals at the beginning of his career, he was like that as well but now things have changed for him. Quipped he, “I used to be diplomatically correct at the beginning of my career but now, I am not a diplomatically correct person I just speak my mind. On the contrary, he also admitted to lying all the time, He disclosed, “I keep lying all the time, I lie in front of the camera, I lie off the camera, I almost lie always. I am constantly making up stuff. Having said that these lies are not lowdown and dirty, quipped he, “I don’t have big lies, I don’t have mean lies, just little white lies!”

Well, one look at your face, especially those hazel eyes, one wouldn’t want to believe you are lying and we hope whenever you are, the lies are indeed harmless and not boorish!
