EXCLUSIVE: Rahul Dev Talks About Torbaaz Shares Details Of Sanjay Dutt's Role

Actor Rahul Dev has been missing from the silver screen for quite a long time now. The audiences are missing him and so are we. No one can forget the hugely popular villainous roles he has portrayed in various films he has been part of.

Dev will next be seen in ALTBalaji’s next slapstick comedy web series titled Who’s Your Daddy. It was during an exclusive conversation that we had with Dev when he also spoke at length about his next film.

Dev revealed he will next be seen in the film called Torbaaz which also stars Sanjay Dutt in the lead role. He went on to reveal that he will be playing the leader of an extremist group in the film.

Quipped he, “I will be next starring in the film called ‘Torbaaz’ which is genuinely very close to my heart. I play a Talibanic leader. It is not a clichéd role that you see in other films. The whole film is very different.”

He further shed light on the details of the film. He stated, “It is the story of a boy who basically has two philosophies. He is seen as a human bomb and the film will showcase the journey of his decision making in choosing the path he is already or choosing love.”

He further went on to reveal, “His mother too chose the same path because of love, the film tells the story of the guy whether he chooses the same path because of love and whether he has some kind of self-realisation and he chooses love over love. He goes another way. It is the philosophy of a doctor played by the wonderful Sanjay Dutt.”
