EXCLUSIVE: Siddhant Chaturvedi Says He Danced To Bunty Aur Babli Songs At Every Party, Remembers Watching The Film For The First Time

Gully Boy fame actor Siddhant Chaturvedi is steadily climbing the ladder of success soon after his debut in a supporting role. The actor has had a fairly good 2019 and he is geared up for multiple projects with the biggest production houses this year too. Well, besides the film with Deepika Padukone directed by Dibakar Bannerjee, the actor has also managed to bag the remake of Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherji starrer Bunty Aur Babli!

Siddhant who is over the moon with this project especially exclusively told us, he was always a huge fan of the film and never thought that he would get the chance to be in the shoes of the same characters in the remake version of the film. Quipped he, “I am a huge fan, I have danced in every party on all the songs. Be it ‘Nach Baliye’ or ‘Dhadak Dhadak’, I have danced as Abhishek Bachchan, I have danced as Mr Amitabh Bachchan and I have danced as Aishwarya Rai also. I am a huge fan. I was crazy about that film. It was an iconic film.

The actor went on to reveal that it was very much a surreal experience for him. He related, “I remember watching it in an evening show after that I went and bought the cassette and then I was playing it and I was dancing on the songs and then after that in every party, everywhere I have danced and I never thought I would step into the shoes of the same characters. I don’t know, sometimes I just pinch myself. I don’t know, it is happening too fast, too soon.”
