Farah Khan Makes An Appeal To 'Privileged' Stars To Stop Posting Workout Videos: Humare Upar Reham Kijiye

Following the footsteps of basically ever other Bollywood celebrity out there, Farah Khan too shared a video on social media about self quarantine at home. The only difference was that she had an appeal to make to the ‘celebrities and ‘stars’ and not the people.

Farah asked stars and celebs to not post work out videos from home saying that she understands that keeping fit and staying in shape might be one of their biggest concerns but the concerns for most are the people are very different.

“Meri humble request hai saare ‘celebrities’ aur ‘stars’ se ki please stop making your workout videos and bombarding us with it. I can understand that you all are privileged and you don’t have any other worries in this global pandemic except for looking after your figures. But some of us, most of us have bigger concerns during this crisis. Toh please humare upar reham kijiye aur aapke workout videos band kar dijiye and if you can’t stop then please don’t feel bad if I unfollow you,” Farah said in the video.

Some Bollywood stars responded to Farah’s appeal and Shilpa Shetty who is a fitness enthusiast herself wrote, ‘Ha ha ha trust you to do this @farahkhankunder’. Tabu too responded by writing, ‘Best Farah ..#notguiltyfornotworkingout’, while Sonu Sood couldn’t stop laughing and posted several emojis.

Several stars like Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty and several others have been posting their workout routines at home.
