Farhan Akhtar Wants To Cast Ranbir Kapoor In Don 3 While Shah Rukh Khan Considers A Project With Rajkumar Hirani

Bollywood’s line-up of upcoming films is loaded with lots of biopics, sequels, and remakes and while Ranbir Kapoor joined the biopic bandwagon last year with Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanju the actor has been far away from remakes and sequels as he can be.

Ranbir who is currently busy shooting Bramhastra may have finally broken this sacred vow though for Farhan Akhtar! Yes, it seems that the filmmaker is keen on replacing Shah Rukh Khan with Ranbir Kapoor in Don 3. While fans have been eager to know what’s next for SRK, it might be a sad news that he won’t be continuing with the Don franchise. The news, however, is exciting for Ranbir’s fans as we’ll see him play an antagonist for the first time if these reports turn out to be true.

Shah Rukh Khan on the other hand is said to be in talks with Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju director Rajkumar Hirani for a project and so the swap seems satisfactory. Although, this isn’t the only project Shah Rukh’s name has been attached to. There have been several reports claiming that the actor is considering several projects including a Satte Pe Satta remake, a Happy New Year sequel and Dhoom 4.

While there is still no confirmation on these reports but we hope that these stars and film makers do not end up disappointing fans.
