    Firoz Nadiadwala Says He Won't Abandon Sajid Khan 'Because It Is Fashionable', Despite Recent Me Too Allegations

    Filmmaker Sajid Khan recently hit the headlines with another Me Too allegation where actress and model Dimple Paul claimed she was that she was sexually harassed by him when she was only 17 for a role in his film Housefull. It wasn’t the first time Sajid was named by a woman with claims of sexual harassment.

    When the Me Too movement was at its peak in Bollywood in 2018 Sajid was named by several women as an aggressor and following such claims he was dropped from his film Housefull 4 as the director alongside actor Nana Patekar.

    Now, after these fresh allegations producer Firoz Nadiadwala has confirmed he will be working with Sajid Khan on a project soon and told Bollywood Hungama, “I can’t abandon him just because it is fashionable to do.”

    Firoz Nadiadwala said that Sajid has been his friend for years and he wants to work with him and so he will not paying any attention to who wants to work him and who doesn’t.

    In the same conversation, Firoz debunked rumours of making a sequel to Awara Pagal Dewana with Sajid and said that they haven’t yet decided what project they will be working on but they are in talks.

    Talking about fearing backlash, the producer said he is more focused on staying positive.
