Fly Song: Shehnaaz And Badshah Give Switzerland Feels In Kashmir With Impressive Chemistry & Amusing Lyrics

When Shehnaaz Gill announced that she will be featuring in rap star Badshah’s next music video, fans were over the moon with joy. Their behind the scenes pictures and videos also left us super excited. Well, their track Fly is finally out and it was definitely worth the wait. Shot in Kashmir, it is a typical Badshah rap in which he recites poetry for the girl of his dream-- in this case, Shehnaaz. Helmed by Uchana Amit and Badshah, it is truly the 'fly-est' song of the year so far.

The song is soothing and watching the music video is an absolute delight. However, the lyrics are slightly funny. At one point we even hear, “Thodi Indian, thodi Thai lagdi.” But the chorus is pretty cool and describes Shehnaaz perfectly-- “Kudi kinni fly lagdi, ankhiyaan jhukaave thodi shy lagdi.” Coming to Shehnaaz and Badshah’s on-screen chemistry, the first word that comes to mind is WOW. In an earlier interview, Shehnaaz had shared that working with Badshah was a dream come true for her. Punjab’s Katrina Kaif had also revealed that she initially expected him to have a lot of ego and attitude, but he turned out to be a gem of a person who treated her very well.
