Game Of Thrones Series Finale Promo: Arya And Tyrion Watch On As Daenerys Takes Over A Burnt Out King's Landing

Game of Thrones Season 8 is days away from its finale and is yet to give us any chills or thrills. All our expectations are now riding on the last episode whose promo landed on Monday morning. Season 8’s episode 5 saw Daenerys embrace her ruthless side as she transformed into the dragon queen and now the promo of the final episode shows her take over the Red Keep as the Queen of the seven kingdoms.

While Jon Snow is curiously missing from the promo of the series finale, a lot of expectations resting on Arya Stark who is expected to kill Queen Danny for her hostile takeover of King Landing that killed thousands of innocent people. It is also part of Melisande's prophecy that she will shut green eyes and since Cersei did not die at her hands the only remaining green eyes are that of Danny.

Tyrion also has survived the last war but as the Hand of the Queen, he isn’t seen by her side but looking for something/someone out in the streets of King’s Landing. The very shot promo shows Daenerys finally walk out at the balcony of the Red Keep to acknowledge her people (whatever is left of them) after having won the war with her last surviving Dragon Dracarys.

We hope that the finale will not be as underwhelming as Season 8 has been so far and the promo is surely beginning to build our expectations. Check out the promo here -
