Glee Actress Naya Riviera Dead, Found In Lake After Six Days

Naya Riviera’s body was found in Lake Piru, California in the wee hours 14 July, ’20. The 33-year-old Glee actress’s body was recovered using sonar equipment and the news was confirmed by Sheriff Bill Ayub of the Ventura County Sheriff Department.

It was just last week that Riviera’s four-year-old son was found alone on a boat that was rented by the actress and her son at the lake.

The Sheriff further went on to reveal, there was no indication of any sort of foul play and neither was there any hint of suicide. Earlier her son had told the cops that his mother had gone swimming in the lake.

It was in a press conference that the Sheriff further said, “the actress' body was found in a north-eastern portion of the lake, near the surface of the water. The depth of the water in that area is between 35 and 60 feet deep and there’s heavy brush and trees on the lake bed there."
