    Golmaal Again To Be The First Hindi Film To Release In Coronavirus Free New Zealand, Rohit Shetty Shares The Good News

    Ajay Devgn’s 2017 hit Golmaal Again will be one of the few films releasing in theatres post the lockdown in New Zealand. The country that is coronavirus free now will be re-opening  cinemas June 25 onwards. Film’s director Rohit Shetty took to Instagram to share the good news with fans.

    Rohit in his post wrote, “New Zealand decides to re-release Golmaal Again in theatres making it the First Hindi Film to get a relaunch post covid. New Zealand is now covid free and is opening its theatres on 25th June with Golmaal Again. As it is rightly said - ‘’THE SHOW MUST GO ON...’’

    On the poster of the film was written ‘Let’s Do It Again New Zealand’.

    Golmaal Again is the fourth film of the comedy franchise that grossed over Rs. 300 crores when it released in 2017. It was also the first attempt at introducing horror into the franchise. The film also starred Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra and Tabu.

    In India there is still no update as to when theatres will open, the filmmaker’s action drama Sooryavanshi, from his other franchise which was ready for theatres in March has been stalled due to the lockdown. Till now there is no certainty when the film’s release will be rescheduled for.
